Even executive control is gouverned in majority by the users. And allthough at this stage it's really still up for discovery how that would translate into decisionmaking, the chance of us controlling social media would entail hugely beneficial consequences.
If this App is used by a lot of people.

Building on experiences at robinhood store, wegodo attempts a strategy that's a compromise between democratic gouvernance and conventional start-up ownership. If succesfull, this allows for the possibility of investment, which paradoxically realizes the goal of redistributing capital. To make this possible, gouvernance rights by users would be equal to those of investors in every aspect except these: Users cannot block divestment and capital increase. And distribition of profits is not decided by majority vote (which would allow users to block any distribution to investors), but by a fixed ratio, giving the users 60% of the profits to decide on.

To resolve potential tensions in the definition of profit versus reinvestments, profit is predefined, for the first 20 years, to be 5% of gross yield. These rules are not yet set in stone, as it will take quite some money to make this legally binding. Until then, some contractual details might change.
And none of this matters if the app isn't used by a lot of people.
